What are skills and artifacts?
Skills are pre-built instructions for tasks you want Ko to repeat. Select a skill to give Ko a starting workflow, then add the details of what you need.
Artifacts are formatted outputs, such as reports, that Ko creates from your requests. They’re saved separately from the conversation so you can return to them and share them with your team.
How to use a skill
Open Ko in the Modo Energy Terminal.
Type
/in the chat box or click the Skills dropdown.Browse the available skills and their descriptions to find one that fits your task.
Select a skill and add your instructions.
Submit your query to run the workflow.
Opening and finding artifacts
When Ko creates an artifact, click View artifact in the conversation to open it.
To revisit saved outputs, open Artifacts in the Terminal’s left sidebar. You can return to your reports here without searching through previous conversations.
Getting the most from your results
Use follow-up messages to clarify the analysis or ask for more detail. Check the sources Ko refers to when you need to understand the data or assumptions behind an answer.
