You might see us referring to "unlimited users" in a lot of places at Modo.

This feature is one of the key fundamentals of any Modo subscription, but what does it really mean?

What do you get as a subscriber?

There is no limit to the number of users that can exist on a single Modo subscription. Your entire business can join Modo at no additional cost. The only constraint is that they have to be within the same business.

How does it work?

  • Any admin user can add new teammates provided that they have the same email domain (see more on adding teammates here).

  • But also, if anyone with the same email domain signs up, they will automatically be added to the existing subscription.

Have different email domains within your business?

If you're a large organisation with multiple email domains (e.g. wholly owned subsidiaries) you will need to let us know to be able to add users with different emails.
