If you are returning to Modo and you have already Signed Up, follow our step-by-step guide below and you'll have access to the platform again within minutes:

Step 1: Go to our landing page (modo.energy) and click the Sign In button.

Or, better still go directly to the platform (platform.modo.energy/home) and click the Sign in button at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Fill in the email address you signed up with (work or education) and click the "Sign in" button.

Step 3: We'll send a link to your inbox to confirm your email address. Click on the 'Click to log in' button in the email, or copy and paste the link into your browser. If it doesn't land in your inbox please check your spam folder.

Please note the link expires in 3 minutes and can only be used once. A second link which can be accessed from the "Link timed out" screen remains valid for 30 minutes.

Step 4: You're in!

Common logging on issues

#1 "User does not exist"

Cause: The email address you are trying to use is not yet registered on the Modo platform. This can sometimes happen despite having registered before, you will still need to sign up again.

Solution: Click "Sign up for free" and register your email address instead (A step-by-step guide on signing up).

If your company has already signed up to a paid plan, you will be able to access it automatically (providing your email domains are the same).
