AI Analyst and Customer Support
The Terminal includes a built-in AI assistant in the top right corner. Click the arrow icon to open it.
You can switch between two AI modes using the dropdown:
Analyst — Ask questions about power markets, battery storage, and the data in the Terminal
Customer Support — Get help from our support team with account questions, technical issues, product questions or general enquiries
To switch modes, click the dropdown next to "Analyst" and select "Customer Support".
The left sidebar
The sidebar is the primary way to move around the Terminal. Each section groups related features together - click the small arrow next to a section to expand or collapse it and see the pages within.
The main sections include your homepage, indices and benchmarks, forecasts, research, portfolio tools, and data exploration features. The exact sections may vary based on your subscription.
Tip: Press Cmd + B (Mac) or Ctrl + B (Windows) to collapse the sidebar for more screen space.
Bottom-left icons
Three icons at the bottom of the sidebar give you quick access to important settings:
Gear icon (Preferences) — Set your preferred regions and theme (light/dark mode)
Question mark icon (Help) — Chat with our team, access the help center, or check system status
Page icon (Documentation) — Links to methodology documents and API docs
Your company menu
Click your company name at the top of the sidebar to access your profile settings, API credentials, teammates, and billing information.
