How to manage teammates and user access

Learn how to view your team, add new members, and remove users from your account.

Viewing your team

  1. Click your company name at the top of the sidebar

  2. Select Teammates from the dropdown

  3. You'll see all users on your account, their status, and any add-ons associated with your subscription

Understanding the teammates table

The table shows each teammate's name, email, and last login. Users with a Pending status have been invited but haven't yet activated their account.

The features and regions available to your team are set at the organisation level, based on your plan and add-ons β€” not on a per-user basis.

Adding new teammates

There are no user limits β€” you can add as many teammates as you need on any plan.

To add a new user:

  1. Go to Company name β†’ Teammates

  2. Click Add teammates in the top right

  3. Enter their email address and send the invite

They'll receive an email invitation to activate their account.

Removing a user

Click into a teammate's row and select Remove user to revoke their access.

Changing feature or regional access

Access to features like benchmarking, forecasts, and regional data is managed at the subscription level. To discuss changes to your plan or add-ons, contact your account manager or reach out via the Help menu.
