Teams, roles, and permissions

Understand how team access works, what roles are available, and how permissions are managed.

Team structure

Your company account can have multiple team members, each with their own login credentials and access permissions.

Viewing your team

Click your company name at the top of the sidebar, then select Teammates to see everyone on your account.

Roles and permissions

Team members can have different levels of access:

  • Regional access — Which markets they can view data for

  • Product access — Which features they can use (benchmarking, forecasts, etc.)

  • Admin permissions — Whether they can manage other users

The teammates table shows what access each person has.

Managing access

Users with admin permissions can modify teammate access. Click on a teammate’s row to see their details, then use the edit controls to add or remove access.
