What the forecast library contains

The forecast library has a wide range of pre-loaded forecasts covering different asset configurations, locations, and scenarios. Use it to understand how variables like location, duration, and cycling impact revenues — without needing to run your own model.

Finding the forecast library

Go to Forecasts in the sidebar and select Forecast Library. You can also access it directly at modoenergy.com/forecasts/revenues.

Filtering forecasts

Use the filters at the top to narrow down forecasts:

  • Region — Select the market you're interested in

  • Asset characteristics — Filter by duration, cycling limits, or other parameters

  • Scenario — Choose between Low, Central, or High worldviews

Comparing and exporting forecasts

Once you've found relevant forecasts:

  • Select multiple forecasts to compare

  • Download — Export data as CSV for offline analysis

  • View in Plotter — Visualise forecasts on interactive charts

Questions the library helps answer

The pre-loaded forecasts are useful for understanding broader market dynamics:

  • How much does location impact future revenues?

  • How much does cycling impact future revenues?

  • How much does system duration impact future revenues?

For forecasts with specific project details, you'll want to create your own forecast instead.
