But, if you're just getting started, we recommend you join on our Free plan. No credit card or payment needed.
How do I pay?
If you're on Starter, Plus, or Enterprise then your financial admin user can manage your payments directly through Modo from the Billing page.
We recommend that you pay monthly, and by credit card. This gives you the most flexibility in your subscription, and allows you to quickly and easily move between tiers when you need to.
We can take BACS payments through the platform, but depending on your bank this can take time to be authorised and may delay you accessing your subscription.
If you need to pay in a currency other than British pounds sterling (£) then please get in touch and we'll make sure we've got it covered.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time, and you will get the remainder of your paid for period before being locked out of your subscription.
You will default to our Free plan. If you want to entirely delete your account then just let us know and we can remove all your team's details.
