If you already have a subscription to ACCURE and have fully onboarded your assets then the next steps are:
Use the Modo Energy live chat to contact our support team, you will need the following details about your asset(s):
Name of asset as shown on ACCURE
Name of asset as shown in your Portfolio on Modo Energy
We take care of the rest, confirming the connection of ACCURE and Modo Energy data between us.
You will receive confirmation once the integration is implemented and will immediately start to see data being pulled through.
The integration typically takes less than 5 working days.
