Forecasting is better with the full context in one place.

With Portfolio you can attach up to 3 revenue forecasts to every asset in your portfolio. All this means that, alongside your forecasts, you can attach contracts, site drawings, planning documentation and provide your whole team with all of the information they need to make decisions.

See how differences in asset configuration and operational strategy can impact revenues.

Using Expected Revenues

In your Portfolio view you will be prompted to attach a forecast to an asset as the "Plan". You can do this either by running the Modo Energy model, using a forecast from the library, or uploading your own numbers.

  • Creating a custom run costs 1 credit.

  • Adding from the BESS revenue library requires a subscription.

  • Uploading your own forecast can be done for free.

After doing it the first time, you are able to change the "Plan" or add other forecasts from the Expected revenues tab of any asset in your Portfolio.

What is the Plan?

  • Plan is the word we use to describe the revenue forecast that is the best representation of your team's expectations for an asset.

  • This is the number that is compared against revenues in the main Portfolio view.

  • You can change your Plan at any time from the Expected Revenues tab of any individual asset.
